FAQ

 

  • When can I place an order? Orders are placed by Mondays at 5pm for our Thursday evening delivery.

 

  • When will my food be delivered? Orders are delivered Thursday evenings and must be accepted by someone at your location. Food cannot be dropped off due to strict temperature controls and food quality regulations.

 

  • Where do you deliver? We hire a delivery company to deliver your meals in most of Madrid metro.

 

  • How much does delivery cost? Delivery is a flat fee of €5.

 

  • How should I store my meals? Meals should either be frozen upon delivery or refrigerated for up to 3 days.

 

  • How do I reheat my meals? The containers in which your food is delivered are microwaveable. Please thaw any frozen meals in your refrigerator before reheating them. You can reheat the meal in the microwave for 2-3 minutes on High.

 

  • How long do the meals last? The meals last for 3 days if solely kept in the refrigerator. 

 

  • Can I freeze my meals? Yes. Of course! This will ensure the meals last longer (up to a month).

 

  • Can I request dietary modifications or substitutions? The modifications we can accommodate are vegetarian meals using a veggie meat substitute for the protein where able. Please note that while we do try to keep allergen cross contamination to a minimum, all meals are made in a kitchen space that may come into contact with gluten, lactose, nuts, or other allergens.

 

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Bizum.
